Syllabus: Conservation of forest resources and ecosystems. Use of timber and non-timber forest species. Management of forest species and ecosystems. Urban Forestry. Technology of forest products. Higher added value products (HAVP). Wood characterization techniques. Wood, bioenergy, and forest residues. Biodegradation and preservation of wood and products.
